Bug fixes for SalesAnywhere version 6.8.1.10

- in POS mode, After Post Edit Quotation/Order remain in Edit mode.

  (Can Edit again without load the document)

- fix when load document shipping Info get Wrong Info.

- change OK button instead of double click for select customer in UWP.

- fix order -> shipment, order have commit quantity issues. (wrong calculation of stock)

- fix can't get Customer detail Info when no outstanding A/R Docs.

- fix edit Quotation/Order for Add and Delete Item.

- fix order+ship+inv should not have ship date.

- fix edit Order for Item already have commit qty issues.

- fix item number too long will cut off in POS mode

- improve display stock Info is POS mode 

  (now Stock Info can display for click item both in left or right hand side)

- add alert for customer over credit limit in UWP.
